Westbridge Church in St. Michael, Minnesota, is seeking a Youth Pastor dedicated to creating transformative environments for 6th-12th-grade students to deepen their relationship with God and build meaningful connections.
Responsibilities include overseeing programming and events, equipping leaders, supporting parents, and fostering a collaborative, engaging atmosphere. Familiarity with ProPresenter, Planning Center, and social media platforms is a plus.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000
