Perform full CNC Swiss machine setups including tooling, offsets, and verification
Operate and adjust Swiss machines to maintain part quality
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and comparators
Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and escalate as needed
Support production efficiency initiatives and minor preventative maintenance
Collaborate with team leads and senior machinists
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience
Proven ability to perform complete Swiss machine setups
Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and G-Code
Experience using precision measurement tools
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
