Position Title: Associate
Job Summary: As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions
Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Retail experience preferred
Customer service focus
Strong communication skills
Flexible availability including weekends
Basic math and POS skills
Physical Demands: Prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting items 5–25 lbs; may require ladder use.
Compensation: $14.00 - $14.00 per hour. Eligible for company 401K plan.
