Employment Type: Seasonal, On-Call (Weather Permitting)

About the Role

• Operate a variety of snow removal equipment including skid steers, mini loaders, blowers, and salters
• Clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, walkways, and other designated areas
• Apply salt or de-icing materials safely and effectively
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols and communicate with dispatch and team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year operating snow removal equipment
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Availability for on-call hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to work in cold, physically demanding outdoor conditions

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
