The Shift Leader is responsible for restaurant operations, building a strong team, ensuring safe food handling, and delivering fast, friendly service. Duties include scheduling, training and development, P&L awareness, cash handling, point of sale maintenance, health and safety compliance, and resolving customer issues.
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift intermittently
