Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans
Deliver CBT, DBT, and evidence-based modalities
Maintain accurate EHR clinical records
Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists
Participate in case consultations and peer review
Manage a full caseload of remote patients
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work
Licensed as an LICSW
Minimum 2 years clinical experience
Solution-focused therapy expertise
Strong telehealth communication skills
