Production Line Lead - 2nd Shift

Title: Production Line Lead - 2nd Shift
Terms: Full-time, hourly
Salary: $29-35/hour DOQ + BONUSES (Shift Differential: $2.00/hour)
Shift: 2nd: 3pm-1am, Mo-Th
Location: Albertville, MN

Qualifications & Skills

• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• High-school diploma or greater
• 2+ years manufacturing experience or similar
• Forklift Certification with 1+ years experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lb repeatedly
• Proficient in basic arithmetic
• Skilled with mechanical equipment and tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train others

Description & Responsibilities

• Lead and operate production line
• Verify line set up and production readiness
• Work with change-over techs and material handlers
• Calibrate line and perform in-process checks
• Assemble and disassemble equipment
• Train new leads and line employees
• Take charge in meeting production goals
• Report on progress and communicate issues
