Responsibilities

• Drive parts sales
• Answer incoming calls
• Follow-up on orders
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain familiarity with inventory and merchandising
• Provide troubleshooting support
• Document quality issues and suggestions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
• Computer efficiency
• Ability to work any shift if needed
