Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Memory Care Coordinator/LPN to join our growing team!
Shifts Available: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Manager on Duty and Holiday Rotation.
LPN Wage: $27-$32.50, Depending on experience
In this position, you will lead, direct, and assist in the overall operations of the memory care unit with focus on the physical and social well-being of residents.
Schedule and perform rounds in memory care
Complete documentation of care, medications, and treatments
Support written staffing plans and nursing schedules
Monitor nursing care quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Valid state licensure as an LPN
Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
Advanced computer skills including email use
Professional interpersonal skills
