As a General Manager, your mission is to embody the Core Values of Border Foods, which include Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation while cultivating a strong team dedicated to delivering outstanding food and friendly service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee restaurant operations
  • Develop and coach team members
  • Schedule and deploy staff
  • Monitor team performance and standards
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Manage P&L and drive profitability
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees
  • Maintain POS accuracy and cash handling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least three years of restaurant or retail experience
  • Experience with P&L, recruitment, and training
  • ServeSafe certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands: This position involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout working hours.

P&L management experience
Hiring and retention experience
ServeSafe certification preferred
