Earthwork Superintendent

Rachel Contracting is seeking an Earthwork Superintendent for projects in the Midwest. Location: St Michael, MN. Salary Interval: Union Scale.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform site grading for commercial and industrial projects
• Operate equipment such as dozer, excavator, water truck, skid steer
• Communicate with subcontractors and inspect work for specifications
• Manage crews of approximately 5 to 25 workers
• Assist Project Manager with procurement and documentation
