Job Summary: Construct a foundation for your career with our two-year Distribution Leadership Program. The program includes rotations in operations, sales support, leadership training, mentoring, and travel to multiple Border States locations. Projected start between April-August 2026.
Complete a 2-year rotational program
Work in operations and logistics phases
Perform sales support activities
Participate in leadership training and workshops
Travel to multiple Border States locations
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor's or trade degree required; valid driver's license; willingness to relocate and travel; customer service or sales experience preferred.
