Job Summary: Leads and supervises day-to-day customer service operations including order entry, pricing, follow-up, billing resolution, and SAP functions to ensure efficient service.
Responsibilities
Lead customer service operations
Obtain and process customer orders
Provide timely technical follow-up
Coordinate with sales and marketing
Resolve customer billing issues
Perform SAP and related functions
Train new hires and develop procedures
Requirements
Two-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
Prior supervisory experience
Three years customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of electrical products preferred
Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency preferred
