Job Summary: Leads and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service in promoting sales, obtaining orders and providing service to our customers. Performs SAP functions and supports sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service operations
• Obtain and process customer orders
• Provide technical inquiry follow-up
• Coordinate with sales and marketing
• Resolve customer billing problems
• Perform SAP system functions
• Train new hires

Requirements

• Two-year degree preferred
• Three years supervisory experience
• Four years electrical distribution experience
• Knowledge of electrical products
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
