Advanced Volumetric Alliance (AVA) is a volumetric off-site building manufacturer that creates entire buildings in a production manufacturing environment. The company designs, engineers, and manufactures full volumetric modular units in a 180,000 SF facility in Albertville, MN.
This role works to assemble construction modules in a production environment. Crew Members are responsible for operating equipment and building according to construction plans to verify safety and ensure specifications are met, including reading blueprints to determine construction requirements.
This is a part-time position working 15–30 hours per week. Individuals working less than 35 hours are not benefits eligible.
Responsibilities:
Follow direction of Crew Leader
Perform assigned work following methods and guidance
Coordinate work with other crew members
Evaluate projects for compliance with technical specifications
