Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading Property Management company based in Surrey who are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their business on a permanent basis.
Role Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will evaluate current and proposed digital solutions, assess effectiveness, and craft strategies to address challenges and needs.
Skills:
Proficiency in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps
Experience with Power BI
Familiarity with Prince 2 project management standards
Presentation and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Project or SmartSheet
Customer-centric approach
Experience with industry-specific technology systems
Supply chain partner management
Responsibilities:
Establish data mappings between source and destination systems
Interact with supply chain collaborators to address technical and functional requests
Coordinate and lead requirements gathering and review sessions
Document software and hardware functionality
Develop functional blueprints and specifications
Translate business requirements into developer guidelines
Provide reports on technological and strategic initiatives
Maintain stakeholder communication on roadmaps and progress
Conduct quality audits at client sites
Support change, release, and client services implementation
