Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service by connecting with customers
Provide consistent quality beverages and food per recipes and standards
Create a positive energetic atmosphere for guests and employees
Manage cash drawer and follow cash handling policies
Assist with new hire training and coach team members
Complete checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects
Upsell customers and support store promotions
