Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator

Position: Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator (Travel required)

Now hiring for 2026 season. Extensive travel throughout North Dakota & South Dakota during summer season (approx April–Nov).

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loader, roller, paver, and screed
• Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written)
• Troubleshoot equipment and material issues
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR safety and environmental regulations

Excellent wages: $31.60–$34.40/hr plus $21.90/hr fringe. $350 weekly per diem (covers housing) and full benefits package.

Education/Experience: Minimum high school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related construction experience helpful; must pass urine drug test.
