If you would like to request a refund, please email us at info@discoverstma.com with:
- the name and email used for the purchase (if applicable)
- the date of purchase
- the reason for the request
- any relevant details (order ID, invoice, or receipt if available)
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and circumstances. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
In general, refunds may be considered for:
- accidental duplicate purchases
- billing errors
- service issues that prevent delivery of the paid feature (where applicable)
Refunds may not be available for:
- services already delivered or used (example: listing upgrades that were activated and live)
- promotional/discounted purchases (unless required by law)
- violations of our policies or misuse of the platform
Refund processing
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed less applicable fees and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
