St. Michael School Personal Assistant to the Principal (full-time). Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure effective faith-centered operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the principal’s calendar
Answer and return phone calls
Draft and manage email communications
Prepare materials and provide logistical support for meetings and events
Coordinate volunteer schedules and PTU support
Support staff onboarding and special projects
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with email and office technology
Gmail and Google Tools preferred
Supportive of Catholic education
