Locations:

Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, St Michael/Albertville, Monticello, Robbinsdale, and Waconia. Hiring for all locations.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time; clients seen Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM.

Position Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will help children increase functional independence through play and foster positive relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy
• Prepare for and conduct screenings and evaluations
• Create individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide 1:1 therapy and document progress
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and physicians
• Complete required documentation per insurance guidelines

Salary and Benefits:

Base salary $63,000 - $72,000 annually plus bonuses and competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and continuing education stipend.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minnesota occupational therapy license or in process
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Light physical requirements (lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching)
