Administrative Assistant to the Activities Director

About STMA Schools: a district serving over 6,700 students in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

• Assist Activities Director managing the activities office and programs
• Provide clerical and secretarial support

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00/7:30-3:30/4:00; Contract: 260-261 days; FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week)

Salary: $23.73-$24.21 per hour

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; business college or equivalent secretarial experience preferred; proficiency with word processing, accounting and spreadsheet software; strong organizational and communication skills
